For the 2024-2025 school year, Stafford MSD will accept Non-Resident Student Transfer applications for new & renewal students living outside the boundaries of the district from Wednesday, March 27 through Wednesday, April 17.

You must complete the Non-Resident Student Transfer application for the 2023-2024 school year before starting the registration process. Non-Resident Student Transfers will receive notification of approval along with information on how to begin the registration process by Monday, May 8, 2023. Once accepted, please follow the registration process for new students by clicking the button below.
Apply for Non-Resident Student Transfer
Remember, even if you were approved as a Non-Resident Student Transfer the previous school year, there are no automatic renewals. You must apply within the application period in order to be considered. If you do not apply within the application period, you must return to your home school or other school of choice.
Non-Resident Transfer Parent Letter
You are welcome to submit your applications and the requested documents to your campus by email or by visiting the front office during school business hours. If you need additional assistance in completing the application, please call or email your campus.
Pre-K & Kindergarten Applications
The deadline for Student Transfers is April 17, 2024. All applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will be accepted based on space availability. Notification of Acceptance/Denial letters will be mailed out by June 2, 2024.
